A Barback/Server Assistant will
- Have a high degree of guest contact and be able to communicate guest requests to their server or bartender
- Commit to 100% guest satisfaction, 100% of the time
- Help pre-bus during the meal and clear and reset tables after guests have left
- Maintain a clean, organized dining room and bar area during service
- Protect establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies
- Be a team player, lending a helping hand to fellow team members when needed
- Assist in tasks to ensure a clean and safe restaurant
- Lift and carry up to 30lb loads from one end of the building to the other
