Join the Drake’s team, now hiring carry-out. We’re looking for dynamic personalities with a passion for guest satisfaction and hospitality. Carry-out team members are responsible for taking orders, coordinating with other team members to complete orders and ensure accuracy, greeting guests and delivering orders to their car. A great attitude and desire to be a part of a team is essential. Food service or retail experience is preferred, but not required. Basic food safety understanding is a plus.
Carry-out coordinators are expected to accomplish the following during each shift:

- Welcome our guests as they enter the restaurant
- Take phone, online and walk-in orders
- Help guests with menu choices and answer any questions they may have
- Coordinate with front-of-house and back-of-house employees to complete carryout orders
- Ensure each order is correct, high-quality, and ready in a timely manner
- Provide an exceptional dining experience to our carryout guests
