Position Summary:
We’re seeking a dynamic Rehabilitation Services Director who embodies leadership and clinical excellence. As a key player in our practice, you will:
- Lead and develop high-performing teams, ensuring accountability and fostering a positive culture of trust and quality care.
- Collaborate closely with our practice leadership, driving evidence-based outcomes and enhancing patient satisfaction.
- Oversee clinic operations, guiding Clinic Directors on best practices and policies to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clinic leaders and physicians, focusing on financial performance and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the strategic growth and development of our Rehabilitation practice.
- Engage in regular dialogue and analytical discussions regarding clinic metrics, staffing, and strategic planning.
- Travel to various BGO clinic locations to ensure seamless operations and strong team support.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy.
- Current, active license to practice in Kentucky.
- A minimum of 3 years of outpatient or private practice experience, with 1-3 years in a leadership role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of State Practice Acts and compliance requirements.
