Description : Job Summary :
The Busser helps provide exceptional dining service to customers in a timely, courteous, efficient, and accurate manner. He or she sets and resets dining room tables to maximize prompt table availability for our guests, removes plates, glassware, and silverware when guests have completed their meal, and quickly and efficiently re-sets and re-stocks the table for new guests. The Busser is polite and friendly to guests, wait staff, and management and must follow proper sanitation standards and keep his or her workstation clean and sanitary at all times.
Responsibilities :
- Sets up dining areas before beginning shift and cleans dining areas after
- Clears tables of used dishes, glasses, and silverware and re-sets between customers
- Maintains work area in a neat and organized manner
- Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices
