Requirements
Role Overview
We are looking for a Forklift Operator to join our team in Bowling Green, KY. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to move and stack lightweight cans within our warehouse environment. You will also assist with other general warehouse duties as needed. This position may involve time both on and off the forklift. The warehouse environment may or may not be climate-controlled, and the role will require a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a forklift to move and stack lightweight cans
• Perform daily inspections of forklifts and equipment
• Assist with other warehouse duties as required
• Follow written instructions and adhere to all safety protocols
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all operations.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Valid forklift certification and driver’s license required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude to perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot forklift issues.
• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 75 lbs. as necessary.
• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures and conditions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
