Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead to join our Radcliff, KY team. The Team Lead will be responsible for supervising warehouse operations, ensuring that daily objectives are met, and maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality. This role involves coordinating team activities, providing guidance to team members, and collaborating with management to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations and team activities.
- Provide direction, training, and support to team members to meet production and quality goals.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as required
- Follow written instructions and adhere to all safety protocols
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment
- Ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks performed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
