Bluehawk Consulting is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support a General Manager and team on a global legal and corporate affairs team for a large software company in Redmond.
Project Overview
The Executive Administrative Assistant to the GM provides vital support not only to the VP but also the larger central team of admins maintaining operational excellence across the department.
Key responsibilities include managing complex schedules, organizing travel arrangements, coordinating meetings with briefing materials, and handling expense reporting. This person will also support various exec and team events throughout the year.
This role will be onsite in Redmond, WA 3 days per week.

Responsibilities
- Managing schedules.
- Preparing weekly scheduling reports.
- Live event and offsite meeting support.
- Booking domestic and international travel including booking complex arrangements and ensuring stakeholders are up to date on info as it changes.
- Expense report support.
- Special projects as needed.
- Work with tech support on troubleshooting tech issues.
- Knowledge and understanding of the company’s policies and tools.
- Microsoft experience is highly preferred.
- Prefer candidates that have worked and come from larger companies and organizations.
- Proof reading skills are highly important.
- Good communications skills – need to engage daily with team.
- Uses good judgment.
- Understanding of company organizational charts and how to triage and respond to different level stakeholders in the organization.
- This person needs to be coachable.
- Knows when to ask questions.
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree required to demonstrate accomplishment and basic education when working with people from varied backgrounds and areas of expertise.
