SUMMARY
The goal is to create a “best in class” wellness experience that complements the club’s existing, well-developed amenities. You will oversee all functions of the facility, including the gym, fitness studio, locker rooms, retail, café, salon, and guest activities. Programming will feature group classes, private sessions with experts, and educational offerings developed through strategic partnerships that distinguish the experience from others.
Working closely with the Food and Beverage department, you’ll help activate the space for curated events such as parties, receptions, and celebrations that elevate the member experience.
Additionally, you will:
- Serve as a key member of the leadership team and uphold the club's culture and values.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with members.
- Deliver the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests when possible.
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Oversee decisions related to retail, service offerings, fitness programming, events, cleaning, maintenance, and financial reporting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage all spa operations, including guest services, product innovation, merchandising, marketing, inventory, budgeting, reporting, and policy enforcement.
- Develop spa menus and marketing strategies that drive awareness and engagement.
- Implement marketing and upselling techniques to maximize revenue.
- Ensure team members are knowledgeable about services, products, and policies.
- Increase profitability by growing revenue and optimizing scheduling, staffing, and capacity.
- Meet sales targets by overseeing and motivating the sales team.
- Manage all roles including front desk, housekeeping, technicians, instructors, and retail staff.
- Recruit, coach, and monitor team performance.
- Conduct orientations, team meetings, and training sessions.
- Enhance guest satisfaction through direct engagement and high communication standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all spa and wellness areas.
- Uphold treatment quality standards, cleanliness protocols, and proper product use.
- Manage purchasing and maintain inventory levels for professional and retail products.
- Maintain and enforce SOPs and organizational policies.
- Collaborate on special projects, events, and promotions.
- Consistently model professionalism, courtesy, and service excellence.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in hospitality, preferably in a luxury spa setting.
- Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluent in English with legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Motivated team player with strong customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License and meet the driver safety policy requirements.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand and move around for the entirety or majority of their shift. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is also regularly required to push, pull, bend, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Likely this role will require the ability to drive a golf cart to transport from one area of the property to another in a safe and secure manner.
