Job Overview:
As a Comfort Station Talent, you’ll wear multiple hats. You'll provide outstanding service as a bartender or server while also captivating guests with your special talent. Whether you’re performing a magic trick, singing a tune, telling jokes, or playing an instrument, you’ll help create a lively, fun atmosphere that keeps guests entertained and engaged.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages to guests at the comfort stations and bars with exceptional customer service.
- Showcase your hidden talent—whether it's magic, comedy, music, singing, or any other form of entertainment—while you work.
- Engage with guests through fun and interactive crowd work.
- Perform live entertainment in front of an audience while maintaining top-tier service.
- Keep the comfort stations and bar areas organized and clean.
- Be able to handle a fast-paced environment, juggling both performance and customer service.
- Bring a positive attitude, energy, and charisma to your interactions with guests.
- Ensure guests feel welcomed and have an unforgettable experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality—bartender, server, or similar role.
- A hidden talent that you’re excited to showcase (e.g., magic, comedy, music, singing, etc.).
- Comfortable performing in front of an audience and interacting with guests.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
- Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License and meet the driver safety policy requirements.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Our property sits on 767 acres and features many indoor and outdoor facilities that make up the work environment. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand and move around for the entirety or majority of their shift. The employee may be working outside or inside and in different types of weather including excessive heat, cold temperatures, rain and sunshine. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is also regularly required to push, pull, bend, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Likely this role will require the ability to drive a golf cart to transport from one area of the property to another in a safe and secure manner.
