Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a security officer with Blueline Security, you will be responsible for maintaining a strong and professional security presence. Your primary duties include observing and reporting suspicious activity to deter crime, documenting incidents accurately, and responding effectively to emergencies. You will also be expected to work closely with clients to address security concerns and uphold safety protocols. Additionally, you may be required to follow dispatch instructions and coordinate with emergency services when necessary. The ability to communicate clearly and work independently or as part of a team is essential to this role.

Qualifications and Requirements:
To qualify, candidates must pass a background check and either possess or be eligible to obtain a valid armed and/or unarmed security license in Virginia. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary, as you will need to document reports using a work phone and interact with clients and law enforcement. A clean Motor Vehicle Record is required for driving-related assignments.
