Job Overview
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing deals through telemarketing and door-to-door sales. This is a 1099 commission-only position, offering unlimited earning potential for high performers. No prior experience is required—we provide training and support to help you succeed!
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce BlueMaple Construction’s services, including roofing, plumbing, HVAC, and more.
- Perform door-to-door sales in designated neighborhoods to generate leads and build relationships.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions for construction, remodeling, and home improvement projects.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 – 80 per week
Compensation Package:
