You will build strong relationships with customers, share your expertise on beauty products, customize product recommendations, and drive sales through effective communication of product benefits and promotions. To succeed in this role, you should possess proven experience in retail, preferably in the beauty industry, strong interpersonal and communication skills, passion for beauty and staying updated with the latest trends and products, and ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
