By using behavior analysis to develop targeted treatment programs based on the individual’s needs, we work to better understand how to increase desired behaviors in real life situations. The QBHP/Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide treatment for clients. The primary functions for a QBHP/BCBA are to plan, develop, and monitor a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of clients. Services provided include but are not limited to: Assessments, Treatment Plans, Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Behavior Intervention Plans.
QBHP/Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Description:
- Intake of new clients through assessments (including functional analyses where appropriate), Development of individualized treatment plans, collection of measures of performance, data analysis and presentation, and the ongoing evolution of the treatment plans (reassessments)
- Monitors progress and documentation of client records
- Maintains regular communication with staff and others as necessary to inform and improve treatment plans
- Completes documentation in compliance with BACB regulations regarding supervision intensity
- Reports competency scores and ongoing progression within the curriculum on a monthly basis to clinical leadership
- Oversees implementation of treatment services (e.g., assessment, supervision, parent engagement) by practicum supervisees and provides feedback regarding performance
- Creating Programs for Behavior Therapists to work on with Clients
- Training Behavior Technicians
- 1:1 Clinical Meetings and Monthly Clinical Meetings
- Weekly/Monthly Parent Engagements
- Participates in management and/or leadership meetings as required
- Provides feedback regarding curriculum and works alongside clinical leadership to modify the curriculum to improve practicum outcomes
- Understands and references employee handbook to follow company policies and procedures
- Adheres to the guidance and discretion of organizational leadership
- Other duties and center support tasks as assigned
General Requirements:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) requires the individual to have a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field and hold an Active Status as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst as listed by the BACB. Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP) requires the individual to have a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and completion of all hours required as listed by the BACB.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Provide supervision of behavior technicians working with clients (minimum 20%)
- Provide parent/family engagement sessions as prescribed in the treatment plan
- Create 1:1 behavioral intervention programs for clients
Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time Available)
Pay: Starting $80,000-$90,000 (w/ sign-on bonus available!)
