Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 1 or more years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and hiring processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other hiring platforms.
