About the Role
We’re looking for a Fulfillment and Warehouse Manager to manage our inventory and order fulfillment processes while providing exception support of customer needs. This role involves hands-on warehouse management, including shipping, receiving, and organization of products, as well as collaboration with healthcare providers, sales teams, and operations management. Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Track and maintain stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and reorder supplies as needed.
- Shipping & Receiving: Handle incoming shipments and ensure timely restocking of inventory.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and optimized for efficient operations.
- Customer Support: Assist in resolving customer inquiries related to orders, tracking, and returns.
- Team Collaboration: Work directly with healthcare providers and sales teams to coordinate fulfillment and ensure customer needs are met.
- Operational Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for improving warehouse and fulfillment efficiency.
- SOP Management: Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and collaborate with operations management to improve them.
Qualifications
- Related Work Experience: Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or warehouse management.
- Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with shipping platforms, inventory management software, and CRM tools.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move small to medium-sized packages (up to 40 pounds).
- Customer Focus: Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with internal teams, including healthcare providers and sales.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrates reliability, initiative, and a strong commitment to job responsibilities.
- Learning Ability: Willingness to learn new tools and processes to support evolving job requirements.
- Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor fulfillment staff to foster a productive work environment.
- Relationship Management: Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to optimize freight and shipping processes.
