Job Summary:
As a Site Surveyor and Notary, you will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks and providing vital support to the team. Your day will consist of collecting and dropping off permits, completing site surveys, and notarizing NOC's. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
NOTARY LICENSE REQUIRED
Duties:
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, drop off and collection of permits in the respective county, and notarizing documents
- Assist with overviewing documents for accuracy and completeness
- Work alongside the project manager to ensure seamless project completion
- Take drone photos of residential properties to assist the project manager, design, and install team with the documentation necessary to complete the project
- Assist with collecting NOC's from homeowners
- Support project coordination by assisting with errands, documentation, and follow-up tasks
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Experience in flying a drone - not required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
