This position is part of SKBA's IT Shared service but actually functions as a member of the BlueOval SK IT team.

Together, they invested a total of $11.4 billion dollars to form a Joint Venture company called BlueOval SK. By utilizing SK On’s battery technology the company aspires to make the world’s most safe and dependable electric vehicle (EV) batteries for the Ford and Lincoln brands.
The partnership is building three EV battery plants. One plant is located in Stanton, Tennessee at BlueOval City and twin plants will stand in Glendale, Kentucky at BlueOval SK Battery Park.
We are seeking an experienced SAP ERP professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and specialize in one or more of the following modules:
• PP (Production Planning)
• MM (Materials Management)
• FI (Financial Accounting)
Role and Responsibilities:
• Support SAP ERP projects, including system configuration and business process design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Analyze current systems and processes, and identify opportunities for optimization
• Provide end-user support and training as needed
• Understand business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Purchasing, Production, Finance, Sales, HR, etc.), and Provide technical support to end-users and resolve system issues.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery, Manage risks and resolve issues during implementation.
• Document technical specifications and system processes
• Develop user manuals and support documentation.
Minimum Requirements (skills required to do this job; list at least 3 that are quantifiable):
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with SAP ERP (S/4HANA preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of PP, MM, or FI modules
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Completion of SAP-related education or certification (S/4HANA, SAP Certified Application Associate, etc.) is highly preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• SAP ERP Operations/Development Experience with project management or operational experience and knowledge of SAP ERP modules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients.
• Ability to read ABAP.
• Bilingual fluency in Korean and English is a strong plus
