The Role: As a Translator at BlueOval SK, you will support basic translation of Korean and English languages for all team members. This includes employees who are assigned to the project from parent companies, Ford and SK On as Secondees. Key areas of responsibility include designing proposed output formats, monitoring output for information accuracy, translating spoken and/or written materials, and reviewing and/or inspecting work for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
Key Responsibilities: Designs proposed output formats and monitors output for information accuracy. Translates spoken and/or written materials from one language to another. Writes or drafts correspondence, reports, documents, and/or other written materials. Records and/or transcribes minutes of meetings, hearings, dictation, dialogue, etc., and produces document in draft or final format. Reviews and/or inspects work for quality, accuracy, and completeness. Enters data into a computer system and retrieves, corrects, or deletes previously entered data. Translate communications clearly and accurately, conveying phrasing and intention as it relates to the subject.
Qualifications: Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems. Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks. At least 1 year of administrative assistant or relocation experience preferred. Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and effectively manage multiple complex projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
