We are actively seeking to identify a Data Analyst to support law enforcement and intelligence-driven policing efforts.

Position Description :

The Data Analyst will analyze commerce and border security data, identify patterns and trends, and provide actionable insights to border security and law enforcement agencies. This role requires expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and mapping to enhance decision-making and resource allocation.

Responsibilities :

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including law enforcement databases, reports, and public records.
• Identify crime trends, hotspots, and emerging threats using statistical and geospatial analysis tools.
• Develop crime mapping and predictive models to support proactive policing strategies.
• Analyze calls for service, arrest records, and offender data to assess law enforcement effectiveness.
• Generate detailed analytical reports and visualizations to support investigations and law enforcement decisions.
• Prepare and deliver briefings to law enforcement personnel, government officials, and community stakeholders.
• Utilize and maintain analysis software, GIS tools (e.g., ArcGIS), and data visualization platforms.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with legal and policy requirements.
• Develop automated dashboards and data queries to streamline reporting.
• Assist in evaluating new technologies for data analysis and law enforcement applications.
