Overview of the Position Responsibilities : The Bluepeak Customer Success Manager is responsible for the success of lead generation, revenue growth and retention in their given market for small and medium-sized businesses. This role will motivate employees, drive sales and revenue growth, maximize customer retention, and ensure that all employees meet their assigned objectives.
What You Will Do :
- Manage a team focused on growing and retaining revenue in the Commercial space.
- Forecast & track performance against assigned objectives.
- Regular customer check-ins : Proactively reaching out to customers to assess their satisfaction, identify potential roadblocks, and provide tailored support.
- Relationship building : Developing strong rapport with customers by actively listening to their needs, understanding their business goals, and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Customer education : Providing ongoing training and resources to help customers maximize the value of the product or service.
- Issue resolution : Promptly addressing customer concerns, troubleshooting problems, and escalating issues to relevant teams when necessary.
- Renewal management : Working to retain existing customers by proactively managing upcoming contract renewals and addressing potential churn risks.
- Customer feedback collection : Gathering feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Data analysis : Monitoring customer usage metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Upselling and cross-selling : Identifying potential opportunities to expand customer accounts by suggesting additional products or services that align with their needs.
- Lead Generation : Define and track KPIs for success for expansion market address validations, prospect contacts, prospect appointments and closed sales.
