As a Relief Veterinarian, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our dedicated Urgent Care Veterinarians. We offer monthly set days, providing you with a predictable schedule that allows you to embrace the needs of our hospital while enjoying a healthy work-life balance.
VetUrgency is proud to offer an Urgent Care Relief Veterinarian $750 for a 6-hour shift and $1500 for a 12-hour shift, OR, 23% commission, whichever is greater.

- We have the ability to consult with Boarded Surgeons in our shared space as needed, plus free on-demand tele-consultations with Boarded Criticalists through the BluePearl network nationwide.
- DVM/VMD degree required and three or more years of urgent care experience.
- Current license to practice veterinary medicine in this state.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, with the ability to make rapid and accurate assessments in emergency situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate bedside manner.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
