The Veterinary Program Manager, Client Communications is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing communication initiatives aimed at engaging clients while enhancing the overall consumer experience.

Develops and executes direct-to-client communication strategies to drive engagement, conversion, and satisfaction.
Plans and implements integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media (in conjunction with Corporate Affairs), and other relevant channels.
Creates and manages engaging, client-focused content, ensuring alignment with brand voice and business objectives.
Designs, executes, and optimizes data-driven marketing campaigns to achieve measurable objectives such as increased client awareness, revenue growth, and improved client satisfaction.
Tracks, measures, and reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve future initiatives.
Draws key insights from campaigns and communicate impact to relevant stakeholders.
Uses client feedback and market trends to refine messaging and strategy.
Develops programs to enhance the client journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial contact to post-visit follow-up.
Collaborates with client experience teams to address client needs and support communication efforts that improve satisfaction and conversion.
Manages and maintains email subscriber lists, ensuring data accuracy and clean data.
Implements list segmentation strategies to deliver relevant content to different audience groups.
Works closely with marketing, operations, medical, and corporate affairs teams to align messaging and ensure a cohesive approach to consumer engagement.
Partners with digital team members to improve user experience and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
Stays updated on industry trends, competitive insights, and consumer behavior to inform strategies and campaigns.
Identifies and implements new tools and technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.- 5 years relevant experience required.
