Overview
Harry Daniel Insurance is seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and experienced insurance professional to join our independent agency. The ideal candidate will have expertise in individual health insurance, Medicare supplements, life insurance products, etc. As a licensed agent, you will be responsible for educating clients about their insurance needs, providing tailored recommendations, guiding clients through the enrollment process, and staying up to date with compliance requirements.

Compensation
The starting salary is $60,000-$75,000, depending on the candidate's experience and skill set, plus 25% commission on new business. We prefer candidates who want to double their income, but not overnight. The position allows for unlimited earning potential and the opportunity to build long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Active state life & health license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- Previous experience selling individual health insurance, Medicare supplements, or life insurance preferred.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and customer needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance topics in a clear and understandable manner.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, leading to long-term business success.
- Self-motivated, independent, and organized with a strong sales-driven mindset.
- Ability to work remotely and in person to meet with clients.
- A college degree and prior B2B sales experience are required. Strong prospecting and business development skills are needed to excel in this role.
