We are looking for a Software Design Engineer to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.
In this role, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining business and computer applications software. This position requires full-stack development experience and the ability to work on both front-end and back-end systems. You will be responsible for supporting and improving Dynamics 365 instances and working on a variety of general software engineering tasks, including APIs, databases, and web applications. Your contributions will directly impact efforts to enhance system security and performance.
Responsibilities :
- Develop, fine-tune, and improve a variety of sophisticated software implementation projects.
- Gather and analyze system requirements, document specifications, and create software solutions to meet business needs.
- Design, develop, and secure APIs, front-end, and back-end systems.
- Analyze and review enhancement requests and specifications for feasibility and implementation.
- Implement and customize system software based on client requirements.
- Prepare detailed software specifications and test plans.
- Write, modify, and test high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Develop migration packages for system testing, user testing, and implementation.
- Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot software to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide quality assurance reviews and perform post-implementation validation of software.

Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state : $130,000 to $150,000 USD / annually. The salary / wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
