We are seeking kind, intelligent, outgoing, and high energy individuals to join our team as Full Time & Part Time Guest Experience Team Members! This is an Entry Level opportunity with no previous experience required! We offer a clearly defined, objective path to create more value, earn more money and lead others. All you need is the motivation to learn and grow in a professional, team-oriented, guest- centric environment! This position will be out of Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia.

As a Blueprint Cookies Team Member, you will learn as you grow – training on every aspect of the operation and progressing in responsibility and pay. You will acquire various certifications along the way and will gain skills and experience to help you contribute to your success and ours. As a growing company, the opportunities are endless.

➢ Crafting thoughtful and personalized experiences for our guests.

• Greeting them, engaging with their kids, walking them through our cookies (cookie journey), helping them discover their new favorite cookie, ringing up their order, warming their cookies, and boxing their order.

Qualifications

➢ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with kitchen and food prep equipment

➢ A team player able to uphold high standards with a positive can-do attitude

➢ Quick and adaptable learner with collaborative communication skills

➢ Must be 18 years of age or older

➢ Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds

➢ Fluency to read and communicate in English
