Blueprint Creative Group (BP), as strategic planners, address our client’s business objectives using whatever means necessary whether that be business planning and transformation, brand positioning, business development, innovation, training and development, or digital modernization.
Our clients retain us to create business transformation beyond communications planning by discovering which business and marketing KPIs we can improve or impact. To achieve this, our Company is seeking a talented Program Manager on a contract basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Job will be to manage the entire project cycle for the assigned government program which includes client management, program oversight, scope of work management and reporting.
- Provides functional leadership and guidance for the evaluation, integration, and coordination of assigned programs.
- Maintains liaison with BP, government client, program representative, personnel, and other officials and groups to ensure up to date awareness of planning and status updates.
- Oversees the preparation of required documentation for submission to government client and BP to support coordination on program matters.
- Manages client-wide program matters, formulating, implementing, interpreting, and evaluating the workload relating to the direction, operation and management of program oversight.
Qualifications
· Must have history of working on federal contracts.
· Position is supervisory position. A 3-month probationary period to assess your ability to perform supervisory duties may be required
· To qualify, your resume must describe at least two years of specialized experience which has equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled.
· Two years of specialized experience which includes (1) Developing and/or implementing program oversight; (2) Evaluating, analyzing and understanding program strategies; (3) Participating on high-level teams to achieve organizational goals.
