What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Monitor position at Blueprint Hires?
A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Construction Monitor to help them provide exceptional inspection and construction monitoring services to their Dallas, Texas clients.
Your Day Includes:
- Observing construction activities and verifying compliance with plans, specifications, and contract documents.
- Identifying defects and creating detailed daily reports of construction activities.
- Collaborating with a team to provide insights and ensure project success.
- Taking responsibility for projects and following through to completion.
- Traveling to construction sites and working with clients to provide outstanding service.
Must Haves:
- 1–3 years of inspection and construction monitoring experience.
- QA observation experience in exterior walls or roofing for at least two cumulative years.
- Technical expertise in exterior wall or roofing systems (e.g., waterproofing, siding, stucco, roofing materials).
- RRO or REWO preferred.
