An industry-leading construction and forensic consulting firm is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to help us ensure client satisfaction through meticulous fieldwork and engineering analysis in Texas.
Your Day Includes
- Observing and documenting field activities related to construction processes
- Sampling, testing, and inspecting various materials including soils, concrete, masonry, and asphalt
- Performing calculations, data reduction, and drafting reports based on test results
- Interacting daily with contractors, technicians, and project managers to facilitate project progress
- Testifying as an expert witness in dispute resolution proceedings, as necessary
