An industry-leading engineering firm specializing in civil engineering, surveying, and land use planning is seeking a Senior Planner to help them manage and lead land use planning, permitting, and development projects. Use your expertise to coordinate complex development applications and work with local, state, and federal agencies from their office in Woodinville, WA.
Your Day Includes :
- Managing land use and development projects, including permitting, planning, and policy processes.
- Coordinating client meetings, public meetings, and sub-consultants.
- Preparing and submitting permit applications, GIS maps, and technical reports.
- Providing oversight and direction to planning staff, ensuring project timelines and budgets are maintained.
- Drafting RFP / RFQ responses and participating in the hiring process.
