What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Blueprint Hires?
A construction management and project management firm is seeking a Project Manager to help them solve complex building envelope issues in new and existing construction projects at their Honolulu, HI office.
Your Day Includes:
- Developing remedial approaches and problem-solving for building envelope issues as part of a team
- Writing technical reports for building envelope studies
- Preparing Construction Documents, including plans, elevations, detail drawings, and specifications
- Conducting on-site reviews of construction projects and generating daily reports
- Assisting with project contract management, fee proposals, additional services authorizations, and project/industry-related presentations
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or applicable construction-related experience
- Registered Architect, EIT, PE, or other Building Envelope credentials and knowledgeable of applicable Building Envelope codes (MSBC, IBC) and standards (NRCA, FM, BIA, ASTM, etc.)
- Skilled with AutoCAD/Revit and Microsoft Office
