What are the responsibilities and job description for the Proposal Coordinator position at Blueprint Hires?
A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to play a vital role in managing high-quality, competitive, and timely proposal responses. You will collaborate with company executives, internal teams, and clients to ensure seamless coordination of production and delivery of proposals at our Palo Alto, CA office.
Your Day Includes
- Developing marketing content and coordinating proposal activities
- Managing internal and client coordination for fee development
- Overseeing production schedules, proofing, and quality control
- Handling final production, delivery tracking, and post-proposal follow-up
- Attending marketing events and preparing RFPs/RFQs
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in English, marketing, communications, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience in the A/E or construction industry preferred
