What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Project Architect position at Blueprint Hires?
A small developer with an in-house design studio is seeking a Senior Project Architect and lead High-End Residential projects while collaborating with a dynamic team of architects, designers, and consultants at their Los Angeles office.
Your Day Includes:
- Managing multiple projects, serving as the primary client contact.
- Overseeing project development from concept through construction.
- Ensuring technical excellence in construction documentation and design standards.
- Mentoring junior team members and supporting project delivery.
- Collaborating with project managers to meet deadlines and budgets.
Must Haves:
- Licensed Architect with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 15 years of experience in architecture, focusing on technical delivery.
- Expertise in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
