What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Property Manager position at Blueprint Property Management?
Job Overview
We are looking for a problem solver who can support the Property Manager in managing all aspects of single family or multifamily properties, including marketing, operations, and financial activities.
What You Will Do
- Respond to tenant needs, ensuring that administrative and maintenance staff resolve problems promptly. Ensure that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards. Assist with the preparation of accurate billings.
- Set payment collection timelines and followup with residents.
- Assist in performing periodic regular property inspections. Recommend alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as necessary.
- Review and recommend approvals for accurate payment of vendor invoices on behalf of the property owner.
- Assist in coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs, and "walk-through" spaces with tenants and tenant improvement department.
- Communicate portfolio performance and action plans.
- Assist in preparing and delivering timely, accurate and complete reports.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager on administrative tasks related to real estate operations.
- Provide informal assistance such as operational guidance and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.
What You Will Need
- A Real Estate License is required.
- You will have to work daily from the office.
