What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Construction Helper position at Blueprint Skilled Services?
We are looking for experienced reliable labor helpers to assist on new builds and remodels of commercial buildings
Variety of locations available including: Denver, Boulder, Lakewood, Strasburg, Centennial, etc....
Qualifications:
- One year of construction experience required
- Ability to work on schools and/or government buildings
- Reliable transportation (Sites accessible by RTD and Vehicle)
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
Essential Functions:
- Comprehend and follow directions from the team-lead on site
- Ability to clearly communicate with the office.
- Follow and enforce applicable OSHA and company safety regulations
- Regularly lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- Perform physical tasks such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, digging, and shoveling
