What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Final Cleaning Lead position at Blueprint Skilled Services?
We are looking for Bilingual Lead Cleaner who is driven, responsible and looking to grow with our rapidly expanding commercial construction companies. We are looking for someone to assist on our sites with all basic cleaner needs as well as eventually lead a cleaning crew.
Typical work schedule would be 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (Hours may vary)
Monday through Friday (Full-time 40hrs week)
Responsibilities:
*Ability to handle simple tasks including but not limited to
- Site clean-up
- Installing weather protection
- General Labor
- Picking up trash
- Final Clean
- Lead cleaning crew of 8-10 people
- Organizing Tools
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast paced environments
- Effectively communicate with clients
