Key Responsibilities

• Support Systems Integrators in developing new Design/Build opportunities.
• Generate specifications, schedules, and contract documents for design-assist and design-build projects.
• Create detailed quotation spreadsheets and issue requests for quotes to manufacturers.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals, including cover letters and bills of materials.
• Oversee project lifecycle, ensuring accurate information is relayed during post-sale meetings and maintain organized design/build project folders.
  
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Expertise in Stage & Studio lighting control, power distribution, and lighting fixtures.
• Strong communication skills, with an ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam for design documentation and project visualization.
