We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager for our client that will provide full support to the Field Management team in all aspects of a project. In this direct placement opportunity your focus will be on project organization, maintaining logs, procurement of submittals for equipment and materials, and ensuring the project stays on budget and on schedule until completion. Key Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership and initiative, with an emphasis on problem-solving skills
- Document important phone calls with emails to ensure effective communication
- Populate and manage field folders and ensure safety documents are sent to the GC
- Review plans, specs, and contracts for any possible issues, and perform occasional site visits
- Create and manage submittal / delivery logs for distribution and track the submittal process
