Key Responsibilities:
- Direct workflow on-site in alignment with the project schedule, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Oversee on-site safety programs, ensuring prompt reporting and investigation of incidents.
- Maintain a comprehensive daily log of all activities, site conditions, and manage the punch list for project closeout.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and enforce the project schedule while adhering to installation methods and quality benchmarks.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors and community stakeholders to enhance business operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or business preferred; additional relevant experience may substitute.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial construction, preferably with a general contractor working on data centers.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building practices, and project management methodologies.
- Proficient in project-specific software, including Microsoft Office Suite, ProCore, and BlueBeam.
- OSHA 30 Certification is preferred; ability to perform physical tasks associated with jobsite conditions.

Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
