Job Title: Data Center Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join their team and help with data center construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct workflow on-site in alignment with the project schedule, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Oversee on-site safety programs, ensuring prompt reporting and investigation of incidents.
• Maintain a comprehensive daily log of all activities, site conditions, and manage the punch list for project closeout.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and enforce the project schedule while adhering to installation methods and quality benchmarks.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors and community stakeholders to enhance business operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or business preferred; additional relevant experience may substitute.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial construction, preferably with a general contractor working on data centers.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building practices, and project management methodologies.
• Proficient in project-specific software, including Microsoft Office Suite, ProCore, and BlueBeam.
• OSHA 30 Certification is preferred; ability to perform physical tasks associated with jobsite conditions.
