Job Title: Electrical BIM Manager

As they continue to grow, they seek a skilled Electrical BIM Manager to drive our BIM initiatives and enhance project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BIM standards across all projects, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Collaborate with project teams to establish and optimize digital workflows and manage BIM models.
• Facilitate clash detection and coordination processes, ensuring seamless collaboration among contractors.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on BIM tools and best practices for effective utilization.
• Oversee model-based quantity takeoffs, assist with schedule integration using Primavera P6, and manage documentation via Procore, Bluebeam, and Sage 300.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in BIM Management or a combination of BIM and Project Management in construction.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Extensive proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Sage 300, and Primavera P6.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with a solid understanding of clash detection and BIM applications.
