Job Title : HVAC Mechanical Estimator
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanical Estimator who will be responsible for all aspects of HVAC and Mechanical estimation which includes taking off HVAC equipment, sheet metal, and piping as well as working directly with vendors to compile accurate estimates for potential commercial and residential multi-family HVAC projects of $1Million .
Responsibilities :
- Accurately estimate plan and spec HVAC and mechanical projects using computer estimating software
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and quotes
- Prepare labor and material estimates as well as subcontractor pricing
- Prepare and submit proposals to clients
- Establish and maintain client and vendor relationships
- Perform site surveys and attend pre-bid walkthroughs
- Prepare submittal packages
- Interact with the sales and project management teams to ensure all projects are performed under budget and according to plans and specifications
