The projected salary for this position is $100,000 - $155,000 / year.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design HVAC and Plumbing/Piping systems, including calculations, process flow diagrams, and layout of mechanical equipment.
- Develop construction specifications, test plans, and detailed system design documents.
- Evaluate and apply engineering techniques for both simple and complex project features while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct engineering quality assurance checks on project designs to ensure compliance and performance.
- Engage with government clients to present designs and support new project proposals with detailed scope, budget estimates, and schedules.
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET Accredited Program; Engineering Technology degrees will not be considered.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License is required.
- Current passport required
- Sole US Citizenship and clean background to obtain a DOD security clearance are mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in HVAC and plumbing/piping systems design, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and HVAC design software; familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD is preferred. LEED or Green Globes accreditation is a plus.
