- Manage the design and construction work of all technical disciplines on assigned projects
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, building codes, and permitting processes
- Review subcontractor, vendor, and teaming partner bids for thorough information and completeness
- Develop, update, and maintain project schedules in close coordination with the project team
- Manage project staff, subcontractors, and others to ensure on-time completion and compliance with contractual requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 7-10 years of experience delivering successful projects to government agencies such as USACE, NAVFAC, USAF, GSA, State of Illinois (CDB, UIC, UIUC), City of Chicago (CHA, PBC, DGS, CDA)
- Experience with civil, force protection, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and other technical disciplines
- Strong project accounting and management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to maintain close working relationships with clients and internal teams
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
