Key Responsibilities :
- Review bid RFP documentation to understand project requirements
- Conduct bid review and coordinate self-perform vs subcontracting
- Solicit and review bids from subcontractors and material suppliers
- Develop a cost-effective plan and schedule for project completion
- Adhere to government laws and regulations including building codes and safety regulations
