Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs analysis in clients' homes to create tailored design solutions.
- Utilize CAD software and technology (e.g., laptop, iPad) to visualize and present designs.
- Attend monthly sales training meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain continuous follow-up with customers and collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project completion.
- Actively pursue referrals and repeat business to build a loyal client base.
- Strong understanding of the importance of customer relationships, repeats, and referrals.
- Educational background in interior design or relevant experience in home décor preferred.
- Proven track record in customer service or retail sales, demonstrating customer loyalty.
- Excellent communication skills to inspire and create delightful customer experiences.
- Proficiency in basic computer software and familiarity with CAD software is essential.
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a team environment.
- Flexible work schedule; availability to work in the local showroom as needed based on management's scheduling.
