Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs analysis in clients' homes to create tailored design solutions.
• Utilize CAD software and technology (e.g., laptop, iPad) to visualize and present designs.
• Attend monthly sales training meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Maintain continuous follow-up with customers and collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project completion.
• Actively pursue referrals and repeat business to build a loyal client base.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of the importance of customer relationships, repeats, and referrals.
• Educational background in interior design or relevant experience in home décor preferred.
• Proven track record in customer service or retail sales, demonstrating customer loyalty.
• Excellent communication skills to inspire and create delightful customer experiences.
• Proficiency in basic computer software and familiarity with CAD software is essential.
• Highly creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a team environment.
