JOB SUMMARY :
Overall Summary of Function
The Inside Sales Account Representative is a Full-Time Position within the Sales division of Blueprint Studios and is responsible for selling the rental products and services Blueprint Studios offers, while reaching the sales goals that have been set for you. You are responsible for the implementation and operational oversight of each event for which you have sold product. You will be responsible for assuring a positive on-going client relationship maintained in a professional manner. You will be required, from time to time, to attend site inspections, be present for event installations, and be available during off-business hours to handle any issue that arises on an event of yours. This is a key role within the company and requires the utmost professionalism at all times while representing the company.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
At Minimum Duties & Responsibilities
- Possess a comprehensive knowledge of Blueprint Studios’ full complement of rental services
- Possess a full understanding of Blueprint Studios inventory and pricing, products and services
- Generate quotes for clients, with the ultimate goal of converting them to paid orders
- Responds to all leads and inquiries in a timely manner (no later than 1 business day)
- Works to meet and exceed set sales goals
- Remains available for any issues that may arise for your clients’ events, even during off business hours
- Strategically utilizes our industry partner relationships and sub-vendor relationships as needed
- Becomes proficient in the usage of our internal rental software and database management systems
- Trains and become proficient in the usage of our customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Maintains and manage an accurate client profile and database
- Ensures the ongoing creation of new lead generation that will allow you to engage new clients
- Becomes familiar with internal operational processes and procedures, partners with operations counterparts for event success
- Generates new clients through networking
- Partners with marketing to maintain and grow established clients
- Attends site inspections and event installations as required by clients
- Enters leads into Salesforce, and update each stage of the event closing as the process develops
- Assists in collection of payments due, and all client invoicing and billing
- Maintains a dialogue with your clients that provide information for event post-mortem
- Stays abreast of all industry related happenings and design trends
- Actively seeks membership and involvement in industry related professional organization
- Other duties as assigned
