We are looking for a Business Analytics Specialist to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.
In this role, you will play a key role in supporting a global support organization through data-driven insights and business intelligence. This role involves reframing complex business problems into analytical questions, conducting regular quality assessments, and producing actionable recommendations that inform strategic decisions. You'll be expected to work independently most of the time, diving deep into data from various sources and delivering insights that enhance the customer experience. The position offers flexibility once fully ramped up and is especially suited for candidates who enjoy analytical challenges in a fast-paced environment with minimal day-to-day supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Perform ongoing data analysis and quality assessments to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Provide both proactive and ad-hoc data support to stakeholders across business units.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling visualizations and narratives that drive decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth investigations to uncover business opportunities and risks.
- Build scalable reporting dashboards and tools that empower teams with self-serve insights.
- Deliver operational insights by combining technical data analysis with business acumen.
- Effectively manage shifting priorities and multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Simplify complex findings for stakeholders and present data at the right level of detail for various audiences.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, with a demonstrated ability to extract insights and deliver recommendations.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data manipulation.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in presenting technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in producing both tactical and strategic insights from large data sets.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct root cause analysis and summarize findings effectively.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $65,000 to $70,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
