We are looking for a Technical Program Manager - Data Center to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best-in-class service to our customers. In this role, you will contribute towards overseeing new data center construction and site spin-ups, managing server rack installations, handling retrofit projects like re-cabling the wireless network, managing break-fix queues for live production traffic, and coordinating with early install teams to establish basic connectivity and infrastructure at new sites.
Responsibilities :
- Create and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery.
- Engage with appropriate teams and resources to execute tasks or projects.
- Plan, manage, and communicate end-to-end project plans with stakeholders and teams.
- Perform day-to-day project check-ins and updates to manage project delivery and quality.
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and communicate to stakeholders and other teams to drive resolution.
- Recognize potential customer impact of other events and issues (e.g., customer lockdown), communicate potential impact, and plan for impact accordingly.
- Regularly review schedules to identify and prevent potential conflicts whenever possible.
- Identify, coordinate, manage expectations, and offer alternatives when defining customer solutions.
- Data Center Work Environment : Recommend implementation improvements based on a thorough understanding of the process.
- Propose strategies to minimize risks during maintenance activities and collaborate with others to align with scheduling requirements.
- Foster a positive team environment by actively learning and implementing best practices.
- Promptly report any safety or security concerns or issues.

Salary Range :
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic-based ranges for Washington state : $121,000 to $126,000 USD / annually. The salary / wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
