Client Success Specialist
As a Client Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients have a positive experience with the company. This role focuses on increasing our client success metrics, increasing client satisfaction and review scores, and fostering long-term relationships.
What you will work on:
- Work closely with our Ops and Client Engagement teams to ensure smooth onboardings and first files for all clients
- Be a source of proactive outreach for agents, clients, and lenders on every file
- Ensure that every buyer and seller is confident with the details of their closing and with the mechanics of money movement
- Manage day-of-closing escalations, addressing notary delays, document discrepancies, and signer inquiries to ensure a smooth and efficient signing experience.
- Provide assistance to our frontline teams through email and phone outreach
- Work closely with our President and Senior Director of Ops on service initiatives
- Take responsibility for every agent and client coming through Blueprint so they come to the closing table with knowledge and confidence
What we are looking for in you:
- 2 years of customer service experience in a phone/zoom based environment
- Strong emphasis on proactive customer success
- 3 years experience in real estate
- Zendesk and Hubspot experience a plus
- Title and escrow experience a plus
- Ability to work proactively on problem-solving, multi-task, identify priorities, and respect the urgency of critical items
- You demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and have strong communication and grammar skills
- Ability to handle problems calmly and professionally
- Excellent teamwork skills
