Applicants should possess rock solid craft cocktail knowledge and experience, inspiring service, creative impulses, high standards, fluent in trends, a strong sense of humor and decent taste in music. The position affords an independently operated club in the limelight that is not regimented, corporate or stiff Bartenders.

The Blueprint showcases a vibrant mix of live performances, from local legends to international sensations, alongside innovative cocktails and gourmet bites that pay homage to the culinary heritage of Nashville and the legacy of Printers Alley. Featuring a unique open-window concept and an inviting outdoor patio, The Blueprint offers patrons a mesmerizing atmosphere where the spirits of past printers and contemporary creatives merge, making it the definitive gathering spot for both local enthusiasts and global talents.

Knowledge, Skills and Personal Attributes

• Mixology experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Well-organized with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive knowledge of drink preparation or service.

Education and Experience

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous club or lounge experience preferred.
• Must complete BASSET or ABC Certificate.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and preparing drinks.
• Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds.
