Blueprint is hiring a Customer Support Associate. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented and is passionate about people. This individual will aspire to be a product expert to educate, inform, and assist each customer. Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
· Provides top quality customer service
· Maintains a high level of awareness on the sales floor
· Treats all Customers and Associates with respect and courtesy
· Friendly and professional at all times
· Assists Customers as needed
· Greets all Customers by making eye contact, smiling and providing a welcoming introduction
· Provides prompt and efficient responses to Customers at all times
· Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood
· Responds to Customer Service inquiries.
Additional Tasks & Duties:
Employees will be required to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform any other job-related duties requested by any person authorized to give instructions or assignments. This role will be responsible for providing support for all internal and external customers by using excellent, overall product detail knowledge, as well as communicating effectively with other members of our customer service, and operations teams. It is essential that candidates for the position have positive attitudes towards all customers and thrive in team environments.
Customer Support Associate Preferred Experience Skills:
· 1 year of retail experience
· Cash handling skills & Point of Sales Systems experience
· Flexible scheduling availability
· Clear verbal communication skills
· Able to maintain a professional demeanor with coworkers and customers
· Able to upsell
· Thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
